Wholesale Terms
Plain-language terms covering how to open an account, place an order, and get paid on a return.
Effective April 19, 2026
Who can use this platform
The AmyFay Chandler Wholesale platform is for verified retail businesses buying for resale. To open an account, you'll need a valid retail business, a resale certificate (where applicable in your state), and a physical or operational storefront or e-commerce presence.
We review every application. We reserve the right to decline an account for any reason — most commonly, a mismatch with the brand (for example, an account that doesn't fit the line's positioning) or an unverifiable retail operation.
Account access
Access is passwordless. When you enter your account email, we send a single-use, time-limited login link to that address. Do not share your login link. If you need a new team member to have access, email amyfay@amyfaychandler.com to add a second authorized email on the account.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is shown after you log in. Pricing is confidential and for the use of approved retailers only. Do not publish wholesale prices on a public-facing site or share them outside your store.
Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is shown on product pages. Some brands set minimum advertised pricing (MAP) — where MAP applies, it'll be noted on the product and in your confirmation email.
We reserve the right to change wholesale pricing with notice. Confirmed orders will ship at the price confirmed at checkout.
Orders and payment
- Order minimums: Each brand sets its own minimums for opening orders and reorders. For Caroline B Cook, the opening order minimum is $100 and the reorder minimum is $60.
- Placing an order: Orders are placed on this platform. Once you submit, you'll be redirected to secure Stripe checkout to pay by card. Cards are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your order within a few minutes of checkout, and a separate email once it ships.
- Order modifications: Email amyfay@amyfaychandler.com or call 865.217.6790 within twenty-four hours of placing the order to change or cancel it. After that, we can't guarantee changes are possible.
Shipping and fulfillment
Each brand ships from its own location. For Caroline B Cook, orders ship direct from Nashville, typically within three to five business days of payment. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and are billed separately from product cost.
Once we hand the order to the carrier, transit time depends on the carrier and your location. We'll pass along tracking information when available.
Damage, defects, and returns
- Damaged in transit: Email photos directly to the brand within seven days of delivery. For Caroline B Cook, email carolinebridgescook@gmail.com. The brand will handle replacement or credit.
- Defective product: Email photos directly to the brand within seven days of delivery. Handled case by case. For Caroline B Cook, email carolinebridgescook@gmail.com.
- Non-damaged returns: Wholesale orders are generally final sale. If you believe you have a reason to return an order (for example, the line doesn't fit your store), email us — we may be able to accept a return at your cost with a restocking fee, but it's not guaranteed.
- Signed books: Author-signed copies are always final sale unless damaged.
Exclusivity and territory
Some brands grant territorial or category exclusivity to anchor retailers. If exclusivity applies to your market, you'll know before your account is approved. Otherwise, wholesale accounts are not exclusive — other retailers in your area may carry the same brand.
Trademarks and brand identity
Each brand's name, logo, imagery, and product designs are the property of that brand. When you carry a line, you're granted a non-exclusive right to use approved product imagery and brand marketing materials to promote your inventory of that line. You cannot use brand marks for any other purpose, including (without limitation) private-label goods, merchandise, or marketing that suggests a partnership beyond retail.
Limitation of liability
We and the brands on this platform are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or products purchased through it. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that is the subject of the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that can't be resolved by conversation will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll notify account holders by email before the change takes effect and post the updated terms here with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
