How fast will I hear back?

Within 24 hours, usually the same business day. Email and text both work, and I read every message myself.

Do you take walk-ins at AmericasMart?

Yes — Building 2, Floor 10, Suite 1000B, by the round elevators. The Tango Showroom is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM during off-market weeks, plus full market hours during the four annual Atlanta gift markets.

What’s your background?

I owned an independent retail shop in Knoxville for 15 years (Initially AmyFay at Shops of Southern Market, 2002 to 2017), then spent several years as a buyer for an Ace Hardware chain. So when I recommend a line, I am thinking like a buyer, not like a sales rep.

What if I am not in Tennessee or Kentucky?

For Tango lines you will work with another territory rep, and I will connect you with the right person on the team. For Sweet Tree and Caroline B Cook, I cover you directly nationwide.
