Retailer looking for new lines? Reader with a question? Just want to say hi? I’d love to hear from you. You’ll hear back from me — not an assistant, not an autoresponder. Me.

HOW IT WORKS

From First Conversation to First Order

1

Tell Me About Your Store

What do you carry? Who are your customers? What’s missing? I want to understand your mix before I recommend anything.

2

I Match You to the Right Lines

No pressure, no hard sell. Just honest recommendations from someone who’s been a buyer and knows what works.

3

You Order, I Handle the Rest

Place your order at market or from your store. I manage the details, follow up on timing, and check in regularly.

Meet Me in Your Inbox First

Subscribe to Weekly Retail Tidbits — a story from the shop floor and a point you can use, every Friday, plus the occasional note in between when something can’t wait. I’ll be right here when you’re ready.

Free. Always.

About Working With Me

I cover Tennessee and Kentucky for 15 lines in the Tango Showroom portfolio — gift, home, and jewelry brands like LINNEA, Compendium, Bunnies by the Bay, Whispering Willow, and Mary Lake-Thompson. I also represent two independent lines nationwide: Sweet Tree Jewelry from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and Caroline B Cook Books from Nashville. The full current list lives at amyfaychandler.com/brands.

Common Questions

How fast will I hear back?

Within 24 hours, usually the same business day. Email and text both work, and I read every message myself.

Do you take walk-ins at AmericasMart?

Yes — Building 2, Floor 10, Suite 1000B, by the round elevators. The Tango Showroom is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM during off-market weeks, plus full market hours during the four annual Atlanta gift markets.

What’s your background?

I ran my own retail business in Knoxville, Initially AmyFay, for 15 years (2002 to 2017), then spent several years as a buyer for an Ace Hardware chain. So when I recommend a line, I am thinking like a buyer, not like a sales rep.

What if I am not in Tennessee or Kentucky?

For Tango lines you will work with another territory rep, and I will connect you with the right person on the team. For Sweet Tree and Caroline B Cook, I cover you directly nationwide.
